Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about submitting, tracking, and publishing with IRE Journals.
How do I submit my research paper?
Complete the online submission form on the Submit Paper page with your paper title, category, author details, and manuscript file (DOC/DOCX). You will receive a Paper ID by email once the submission is received.
How can I track my paper status?
Use the Track Paper page and sign in with your Paper ID and the first author email. Your dashboard shows the six-stage progress from Submitted through to Published.
What are the processing charges?
Indian authors pay 1,000 rupees and international authors pay 30 to 100 US dollars, depending on country, for the general (soft-copy certificate) category. Charges are paid only after acceptance.
How long does the review process take?
Editorial screening and peer review typically take 3 to 7 days. Authors are notified of the accept or reject decision by email.
Is IRE Journals open access?
Yes. All published papers are freely available under a CC-BY open-access licence, and each paper is assigned a DOI (prefix 10.64388).
What file format should my manuscript be in?
Manuscripts must follow the official IRE format and be submitted as DOC or DOCX, up to 5 MB. Download the template from the submission page.
Will I receive a publication certificate?
Yes. On publication you receive a soft-copy publication certificate, the final published PDF, and cover pages — all downloadable from your author dashboard.
Can I add co-authors after submission?
Processing charges are based on the details given at submission. Adding authors or pages later may attract additional charges. Contact the editorial team for changes.
