IOT BASED GARBAGE AND STREET LIGHT MONITORING SYSTEM

Abstract

In today?s busy life we see garbage overflow and garbage spills out everywhere, resulting in environmental pollution. Hence, our aim is to monitor garbage overflow with prior concern. This can be achieved by designing a system based on a microcontroller. In order to reduce power consumption and manpower this paper includes automatic ON/OFF of street light using light dependent resistors. We are using the concept of IOT in monitoring the two modules defined. The power supply to the whole system is provided using solar panel(renewable resource).
