The current research paper talks about the perspective of HR Manager towards ROI in their organization in Marathwada region. The researcher has identified the large scale industries that to in manufacturing sector to understand the measuring of the training effectiveness. ROI is viewed as excessively unpredictable and tedious, making it impossible to ascertain. Trouble in confining training as a factor that influences practices and results likewise blocks learning assessment.
