A Comparative Study on the Work-life Balance of It Professionals Before and During the Lockdown Period

Abstract
The research was carried out to find out how IT professionals are managing their work-life balance before and during the lockdown period. The study projects the work-life balance of IT professionals changes with the introduction of work from home. From the introduction of work from home, it becomes difficult to differentiate the professional and personal responsibilities. This research is an attempt to provide feedback on the work-life balance of IT professionals before and during the lockdown period so that they can bring about the changes in their schedules and practices which can help them to increase their productivity as well as not to lose their valuable time with their family.
