Abstract
This study aims to investigate the impact of working capital management on the financial performance of an organization. Working capital management plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and maintaining adequate liquidity levels. Effective management of working capital can enhance a firm's profitability, reduce financial risks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
