Abstract
This article examines the impact of teacher training on educational outcomes in Nigeria. By analyzing data from various educational institutions, the study highlights the importance of continuous professional development for teachers. The findings indicate that well-trained teachers significantly contribute to improved student performance and overall educational quality.
