Abstract
Business Intelligence (BI) development in large enterprises: decision-making-paper provides an understanding of the BI development and influences on the decision-making of large organizations. BI systems serve to convert the large volume of data collected in an organization into useful information which would improve organizational operations and decision making. In the current paper, the prospects of conducting BI systems integration are analyzed with focus on data quality issues as well as compatibility of systems that may cause certain problems to appear. The BI tools can help large enterprises garner many benefits such as using available resources to maximum potential, increase performance of the business strategies and stay well ahead of the competition.
