Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity is reshaping IT project management by enhancing efficiency and security. AI streamlines workflows, automates repetitive tasks, and predicts risks, allowing project managers to make better decisions. At the same time, cybersecurity safeguards sensitive data and prevents cyber threats that could compromise project success. Together, AI and cybersecurity enable proactive risk management, real-time threat detection, and compliance with security standards. This paper explores how AI enhances decision-making, the role of cybersecurity in protecting project assets, and the challenges of balancing both in IT project management. By leveraging AI for analytics and cybersecurity for risk mitigation, organizations can achieve more secure, efficient, and resilient project outcomes.
