Abstract
This research conducts a thorough examination of revenge pornography through the employment of a mixed-methods approach, encompassing the investigation of prevalence, causative factors, consequences, and the assessment of current intervention measures. The present study draws upon empirical data obtained from comprehensive case studies in legal databases and online platforms, utilizing statistical techniques to recognize patterns, trends, and correlations that enhance scholarly comprehension of this issue. This methodology aims to explore revenge pornography and inform the formulation of policies and practice across various legal frameworks. Revenge pornography poses significant challenges to individuals, families, and social structures, emphasizing the importance of this investigation. The integration of legal, ethical, and therapeutic perspectives is critical for developing a comprehensive understanding of revenge pornography and creating targeted interventions. This study aims to provide a multidimensional perspective on revenge pornography and to examine the complex aspects between legal rights, ethical considerations, and therapeutic interventions.
