Grant compliance is critical to effective resource management in nonprofit and public sectors, ensuring funds are used according to donor expectations and regulatory requirements. This paper introduces a conceptual framework designed to enhance grant compliance through the integration of digital process mapping and visual reporting tools. The proposed framework addresses the inefficiencies and opacity often associated with traditional compliance monitoring systems by leveraging innovative digital tools to improve transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency. By utilizing digital process mapping, organizations can gain clear visibility into workflows, identify bottlenecks, and strengthen internal controls. Furthermore, visual reporting tools enable real-time performance tracking, offering stakeholders an intuitive way to monitor progress, financial disbursements, and potential compliance risks. This framework fosters better decision-making and enhances stakeholder engagement, making it easier to navigate the complexities of grant management. The paper also suggests future research avenues, including automation in compliance workflows, ethical considerations in visual analytics, and adaptive tools for diverse grant environments, thereby contributing to the advancement of digital governance in grant-funded initiatives.
