Abstract

The semiconductor industry depends on maximum efficiency to handle massive production with exact precision. The way employers handle employee breaks strongly shapes both workplace wellness and staff output. Building rest areas well or following correct break schedules help maintain productivity and quality but missing breaks create workflow delays and poor employee mental health. Time tracking systems help organizations control breaks correctly to maintain balanced work schedules. We plan to study how these systems boost workplace efficiency while helping employees feel satisfied and run the business better. Our study examines how time monitoring works in semiconductor manufacturing to build an efficient work setup that benefits employees
