Diabetes mellitus is a very common disease in the world that affects millions of people. the chemical medicines use most people to control their sugar levels in the body, but these medicines can show side effects sometimes. That’s why many people are now looking at natural herbs as a safer option to manage diabetes. In this review, we are focused on making a herbal anti-diabetic tablet using a herbal Ingredients like-Neem leaves (Azadirachta indica), Jamun Seeds (Syzygium cumini), karela fruits (Momordica charantia), Mango leaves (Mangifera indica), Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera), and Meethi seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum). All these herbal Ingredient have been used for many years in traditional medicine and we known to help control blood sugar level. Now we are studied the benefits of each herbal ingredients, how they work to lower sugar levels, and how we can combine them to make a herbal formulation. It is main aim was to create a anti-diabetic tablet that is not only effective, but also safe, natural, and affordable for diabetic patients. This herbal anti-diabetic tablet may help in controlling blood sugar level naturally, improving insulin secretion activity, and reducing the side effects of chemical drugs. With further research, this formulation can become a helpful alternative or addition to regular diabetes treatment.
