This study evaluates the effectiveness of Remote Project Management (RPM) among organizations in Pampanga in the post-pandemic era. Employing a quantitative descriptive research design, data were collected from 50 project management professionals across IT, BPO, manufacturing, construction, and service sectors. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire validated by experts, utilizing a 5-point Likert scale. Statistical treatments included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation analysis. Results show that 76% of respondents reported increased productivity with RPM, and 68% cited improved work-life balance. However, 45% identified communication challenges as a significant barrier. The study concludes that RPM offers substantial benefits in terms of cost efficiency and flexibility, but its effectiveness depends on robust digital infrastructure, clear communication protocols, and proper training. Recommendations include structured communication frameworks, hybrid approaches, and continuous assessment of RPM practices.
