Subject area: Science,Engineering and Technology  ·  Area of research: Blockchain

Abstract

The vision of next-gen blockchain platform TranspireChain is to revolutionize tracking and management of government funding, specifically in the development of infrastructure projects. Bringing transparency, security, and accountability are the firm measures taken through bringing together state-of-the-art blockchain technology and Hyperledger Fabric capabilities. Money management end-to-end, along with money tracking of financial transactions between contractors, government agencies, and others, is carried out by Transpire Chain. The concept uses smart contracts to apply pre-established payment distribution criteria, providing a novel way to eliminate inefficiencies, enhance management, and combat corruption. Cross-platform interoperability and direct deployment are made possible by the platform?s compatibility with Docker containers and Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). The requirements of public transparency and the necessity for anonymity in such critical transactions are met by means of this hybrid blockchain technology. This creates a robust and quick system that enhances governance and leads to trust. Through its capability to empower citizens and resolve the cause of corruption and inefficiency, TranspireChain has the potential to revolutionize the way public sector funds are managed.
