Abstract

Digital leadership has reshaped technical support operations, influencing efficiency, problem-solving capabilities, and customer satisfaction. As organizations integrate automation and remote collaboration, leadership is crucial in guiding Technical Support Engineers (TSEs) to adapt to these changes. Effective digital leadership raises innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning, ensuring TSEs remain efficient in troubleshooting and service delivery. This study examines the impact of digital leadership on TSEs through quantitative (surveys, statistical analysis) methods. It explores how leadership styles, digital tools, and organizational strategies influence TSE performance, engagement, and career growth. The research identifies key leadership factors that enhance technical efficiency, adaptability, and job satisfaction, while also addressing challenges such as skill gaps, communication barriers, and resistance to digital transformation. The findings provide data-driven insights and best practices to help organizations optimize digital leadership strategies and improve technical support team performance.
