Abstract

Digital transformation is fast changing the way businesses communicate with their customers in India. With the pandemic plus greater internet and smartphone use, digital marketing has moved from being extra to being essential. Today (2024), there are over 900 million internet users in India and the projection is for that to rise to an estimated 1.2 billion users by 2025 (Statista, 2024). The main findings, analytical observations and strategic points from a complete study on digital marketing trends in India are covered in this summary.
