Abstract

This research investigates how product creativity and consumer understanding affect enhancing product branding at Natu Water Factory in Jalingo, Taraba State. The study seeks to explore the impact of creative product development and a thorough comprehension of customer preferences on improving brand perception and loyalty. A quantitative method was used, gathering data through surveys completed by 200 customers. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression. The findings indicate that brand enhancement is significantly positively influenced by both product creativity and customer expertise. In particular, creative branding tactics that connect with consumers on an emotional level and consumer research that guides product innovation result in greater brand loyalty and a more competitive market stance. The results indicate that Natu Water Factory can improve its competitiveness by putting money into creative marketing and customer-focused tactics. The research ends with suggestions for utilizing customer input and innovative marketing to enhance brand value. These observations offer practical advice for companies in the bottled water sector aiming to enhance their brand visibility in nearby markets.
