Abstract

This research paper studies how Human Resource (HR) technology is used to improve HR functions in Tata Company. With a large and diverse workforce, Tata uses digital tools like Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), online recruitment systems, and performance tracking platforms to manage employees more effectively. The aim of this study is to understand how HR technology helps Tata improve areas like hiring, training, employee performance, and overall HR efficiency. Data was collected through surveys and analyzed using basic statistical tools. The results show that HR technology saves time, reduces errors, and helps HR managers make better decisions.
