Abstract

This study investigates consumer behavior on e-commerce platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic based on a sample of 100 biased responses, primarily from students. The research focuses on changes in shopping habits, satisfaction levels, platform preferences, and key challenges faced. The findings highlight a substantial shift towards online shopping, influenced by convenience and necessity during lockdowns. This paper aims to understand patterns and offer insights for e-commerce platforms to improve their services during crises.
