      abstract = {With an emphasis on their use in the US market, this paper examines the revolutionary effects of AI-powered autonomous agents on next-generation business automation. Advanced machine learning, natural language processing, and adaptive algorithms are enabling autonomous agents, which are changing operational workflows in a variety of sectors, including retail, healthcare, and finance. This study illustrates real-world issues and solutions pertaining to workforce dynamics, scalability, and compliance by incorporating case studies from top U.S. businesses.
