The digitalization of Lean Construction practices, particularly the Last Planner System (LPS), has transformed how large construction projects are planned, executed, and managed. This paper explores the integration of cloud-based collaborative applications?such as Touchplan, Takt.rock, and Vico Office?into LPS implementation, highlighting their role in enhancing pull planning, measuring Percent Plan Complete (PPC), and simulating production workflows. These tools enable real-time data sharing, collaborative decision-making, and visual management, which are foundational to Lean principles. Furthermore, digital platforms support continuous improvement by facilitating the analysis of plan deviations and fostering transparency across multidisciplinary teams. Drawing from recent empirical studies and applied research, this work demonstrates how cloud-based technologies not only increase productivity and reduce variability but also contribute to a cultural shift toward accountability and learning within construction environments.
