Abstract

All around the country, the consumer world is shifting towards a more sophisticated, multifaceted, and international connotation. Entirely new communities that formerly resided on the outskirts of brand attention are now releasing power, shaping trends, and changing the definition of business in a diverse society. Even with all these changes, many organizations still fall back on the same, outdated marketing strategies that focus on the so-called needs, values, as well as voice of the consumers in the modern era.
