This paper examines the practices, strategies, and tools used to implement effective organizational change in these environments. By reviewing empirical studies and industry reports, the study identifies critical success factors, including stakeholder engagement, regulatory alignment, communication, and technology adoption. The findings highlight that successful change management in regulated sectors requires balancing compliance with operational efficiency and employee readiness to sustain transformation.
