Abstract

The rapid development of robotics and automation has significantly influenced the global workforce. Robots are increasingly replacing human labor in tasks that are repetitive, dangerous, or require high precision, particularly in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare. While this trend has raised concerns about unemployment, it has also opened opportunities for new types of jobs in robotics design, programming, and artificial intelligence. Rather than completely eliminating human roles, automation is reshaping the nature of work, emphasizing collaboration between humans and machines. This paper explores the impact of robots on employment, the future scope of technological advancement, and the balance between job replacement and job creation in a technology-driven society.
