The rapid adoption of remote and hybrid work environments has increased the demand for efficient team collaboration platforms in academic institutions and organizations. Existing collaboration tools often provide isolated functionalities such as communication or task tracking, forcing teams to rely on multiple platforms simultaneously. This fragmented workflow increases cognitive load, reduces transparency, and negatively impacts productivity. This paper presents TeamPulse, an AI-enhanced unified team collaboration and productivity platform that integrates communication, task management, intelligent productivity analytics, and gamification features into a single system. Artificial Intelligence techniques are employed to analyze task attributes, prioritize work, and generate actionable productivity insights. Experimental evaluation indicates improved task completion rates and enhanced user engagement.
