Abstract

A Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) is a crucial component in RF receiver front-end systems, responsible for amplifying weak incoming signals while introducing minimal additional noise. This article discusses the importance, working principle, and key performance aspects of Low Noise Amplifiers used in modern RF communication systems. The role of CMOS technology in LNA design and its wide range of applications are also highlighted. The objective of this article is to provide a clear and practical understanding of LNAs for students, researchers, and electronics enthusiasts.
