Abstract
The paper explored the changing intersections of intelligent product management and digital transformation and how organizations used AI-based analytics, automation, and data-driven ecosystems to improve strategic decision-making and product lifecycle performance. Drawing from recent literature and industry reports, the research uncovered new trends in the product intelligence systems, adapting digital infrastructures, and the operational models with an emphasis on innovation. Smart product management systems were discovered to be more influenced by machine learning, cloud systems, and coherent enterprise platforms that allowed companies to dynamically respond to market fluctuations and customer demands. The review also found that internal capabilities, technological maturity, and cross-functional alignment of product, technology, and strategy teams were some of the factors that affected digital transformation initiatives. This paper concluded that organizations that effectively implemented intelligent technologies in their product development pipelines were more agile, operationally resilient, and competitive.
