Organizations operating in dynamic markets face persistent volatility, uncertainty, and structural disruption driven by technological change, shifting consumer expectations, geopolitical instability, and evolving competitive landscapes. Under such conditions, traditional business management approaches?rooted in stability, predictability, and linear planning?are increasingly insufficient. Long-term organizational success depends not on optimization alone, but on the capacity to adapt, renew, and remain resilient over time. This article conceptualizes adaptive business management as a strategic approach through which organizations continuously realign structures, processes, and decision-making in response to environmental change. Focusing on executive-level strategies, the study examines how senior leaders navigate uncertainty, balance flexibility with control, and cultivate organizational resilience as a sustained performance outcome. Rather than treating adaptation as episodic change, the article frames it as an ongoing managerial capability embedded in leadership behavior, organizational culture, and strategic governance. Integrating insights from strategic management, organizational resilience, and leadership theory, the article develops a comprehensive framework linking adaptive management practices to long-term organizational resilience.
