The strategy emphasizes optimizing core businesses such as cement, energy, agriculture, and manufacturing while leveraging digital transformation to improve efficiency and decision-making. It also prioritizes environmental responsibility, strong governance, and risk management to ensure resilience and inclusive growth. Overall, the roadmap positions the Group as a key driver of sustainable industrialization, economic development, and long-term stakeholder value across Africa.
