Abstract
Dangote Group’s Vision 2030 Roadmap is a long-term strategic framework focused on strengthening its leadership across Africa’s industrial sector through operational excellence, market expansion, innovation, sustainability, and human capital development. The strategy emphasizes optimizing core businesses such as cement, energy, agriculture, and manufacturing while leveraging digital transformation to improve efficiency and decision-making. It also prioritizes environmental responsibility, strong governance, and risk management to ensure resilience and inclusive growth. Overall, the roadmap positions the Group as a key driver of sustainable industrialization, economic development, and long-term stakeholder value across Africa.
