Abstract
This study explores how the work environment influences employee performance in contemporary organisations. Facing challenges such as increased competition, employee stress, and changing workplace dynamics, organisations are focusing on improving work environments to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. Work environment includes physical, psychological, and social aspects of the workplace that affect employees’ efficiency. A positive work environment helps improve employee motivation, reduces absenteeism, and increases overall performance. It also supports better communication, teamwork, and job satisfaction.
