Abstract
Products Advertisements are crucial in the modern era. Advertisements provide some specific information about the products, and some advertisements also have the capacity to influence customer buying behaviour. This study established whether advertisements for healthcare products influence the customer's mind and motivate them to purchase the product. If yes, then what are the main factors that could motivate customers, and why? This study demonstrated the influence of advertisements for health care products on consumers' purchasing decisions. The study elucidated the impact of advertisements on consumers' buying behaviour. The study also identified the impact of independent variables (age, gender, educational background, occupation, and income level) on dependent variables, i.e., consumer buying behaviour. Data were collected using a well-formulated questionnaire. Responses from 586 respondents were collected. Convenience and random sampling were employed to collect the data. A five-point Likert scale was employed. Cronbach alpha, exploratory factor analysis, and one-way ANOVA were used to analyse the data. The study identified the elements influencing consumer purchasing decisions, proved the impact of healthcare product advertisements on customers, and also established a relation between independent and dependent variables.
