Abstract

This study examines how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools influence sales growth and customer loyalty in emerging markets. CRM systems help businesses manage customer data, improve communication, and enhance service delivery. The review explains how CRM tools improve sales by streamlining sales processes, organizing customer information, and supporting personalized marketing. It also discusses how CRM tools strengthen customer loyalty through better engagement and targeted communication. Evidence from case studies shows that CRM tools help firms in emerging markets address challenges such as limited customer insights, inconsistent data, and inefficient sales operations. Overall, CRM systems are shown to be important tools for improving business performance in dynamic and fast-growing markets.
