Abstract
In the modern digital era, artificial intelligence plays a crucial role in improving user interaction and automating communication systems. The project titled “Genz – AI Enhanced Chatbot” is designed to provide an intelligent, efficient, and user-friendly conversational platform that can simulate human-like interactions. The chatbot is developed using advanced AI techniques and natural language processing (NLP) to understand user queries and respond accurately in real time.
