Abstract

This paper presents MindCare AI, a web-based mental wellness monitoring and recommendation system designed to assess users’ psychological health and provide personalized recovery plans. The system evaluates key mental health indicators such as anxiety, depression, stress, and overthinking through a structured assessment process. Based on user inputs, it generates an overall wellness score and suggests a 14-day recovery plan focused on improving mental well-being through actionable habits. The platform integrates an intuitive user interface with data-driven insights to ensure ease of use and accessibility. The proposed system aims to promote early detection of mental health concerns, encourage self-awareness, and support preventive mental healthcare using digital technology.
