This project report provides a comprehensive comparative analysis of India's "Neighbourhood First Policy," evaluating its practical successes, diplomatic limitations, and the broader geopolitical factors influencing its implementation. The core objective is to systematically assess India's political cooperation, economic engagement, and connectivity initiatives across South Asia.
