This study examines the role of flexible benefits in promoting work-life balance among employees at Microsoft India. In today's dynamic work environment, organizations are increasingly adopting employee-centric policies to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and employee well-being. Microsoft India has implemented various flexible benefit programs, including hybrid work arrangements, health and wellness initiatives, leave policies, and employee assistance programs, to support its workforce. The study is based entirely on secondary data collected from company reports, published research articles, industry publications, and official organizational sources. The findings indicate that flexible benefits contribute significantly to improving employees' work-life balance, reducing work-related stress, enhancing engagement, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The study highlights the importance of strategic human resource practices in creating a supportive and flexible workplace environment.
