Abstract

This research determined the level of practice of servant leadership and its relationship to teachers’ performance in selected public primary and secondary schools of Leyte and Samar Divisions during SY 2024-25. The findings of the study would serve as bases for sustainable servant leadership and performance-oriented action plan. There are two hundred twenty-eight (228) total respondents of this study. The study used a descriptive-correlational method, the quantitative-qualitative approaches This study utilize a researcher-adapted and modified instruments. The questionnaire is divided into four (4) parts: (1) the respondents’ profile, Part II-Level of Practice of Servant Leadership. (3) questionnaire deals with the teachers’ classroom observation utilized by DEPED. (4) is the interview guide. As to the findings the data illustrated that there exists a statistically significant relationship between the level of practices in servant leadership and teachers’ classroom observation as manifested in their teaching tasks. This correlation suggests that servant leadership attributes, love, empowerment, vision, humility, and trust, are closely connected with how teachers perform and deliver instruction within the classroom. Classroom observation manifested on content knowledge illustrates that teachers demonstrated a very good level of performance in modeling effective applications of content knowledge within and across curriculum teaching areas, It is concluded that there is a correlation between the level of practices in servant leadership in teaching learning and teachers’ classroom observation manifested in their tasks. highlighted that content knowledge demonstrated significant correlations with all servant leadership dimensions. It is recommended that the servant leadership and performance-oriented instruction output of the study must be implemented to enhance the relationship and well-being and performance among the school and teachers creating a supportive, high-trust environment.
