Abstract
Transportation system is one of them that plays a vital role for people's movement inside indian country; however there has been an increase of number & usage rate of private vehicles (cars) especially buses especially those located at kanyakumari district. This report "customer's satisfaction with kusuma travels services provided by ballsar town" will show you how well they are performing today as a customer of theirs. Based on servqal theory, this paper converts 5 service quality attributes to 6 variables on time delivery, customer care, vehicle usability price fairness availability ease-of-use security. Data was gathered from 200 consumers via a survey conducted over six weeks with means, chi-square tests, tables, and graphs. Findings show customers are most satisfied with staff behavior (mean score 4.3) and safety measures (4.2), while pricing and value for money (3.5) scored lowest. Total 60.7 percent of respondents were satisfied or highly satisfied, and nearly 70 percent would commend the company. Flights late on schedule, high prices are a problem right now for me. Age is not related to customer's satisfaction as much as it is when counting number of visits per year (so probably more). The service provided by Kusuma’s tourism company is great but there's an issue with timeliness & price tags. Hour flexibility, pricing clarity & upgrades on cars need to be provided to improve customers' loyalty thus allowing us make these changes now and then.
