A Study On The Service Quality Of Prakasha Hero Motors, Davanagere

Abstract
The main aim of the project is to examine the service quality provided by Prakasha Hero Motors. The study targets on knowing customers' opinions, experiences, and expectations regarding the services offered by the dealership. It also covers the background of Prakasha Hero Motors and the research methodology utilized for this study. Data are collected from the customers through a structured questionnaire using a random sampling method. The research is based primary data gathered directly from customers to understand their perceptions and review the effective ness of the services provided by the organization. The survey helped in gaining a better understanding of customer views and experiences regarding the services offered by Prakasha Hero Motors. Frequent discussions with the sales manager and other staff members also provided helpful information for the study. The findings, suggestions, and conclusions has been prepared based on the data collected from customers. The study shows that providing quality service and meeting customer expectations are important for customer satisfaction. Therefore, Prakasha Hero Motors should continue to improve its service standards, maintain better relationships with consumers, and uphold its positive reputation and goodwill in the market. For this study, responses collected from 100 customers using a structured questionnaire. The conclusions were drawn based on the provided information by the respondence. The collected data were analysed and presented using charts to make the results easier to understand and interpret. The findings says that consumers have high expectations from Prakasha Hero Motors because Hero Motors is a well-known two-wheeler manufacturer with a strong reputation in the market. The study shows that most respondents has been satisfied with the services provided and consider the over all service quality of Prakasha Hero Motors to be good.
