Abstract
Exam scheduling in most colleges is often chaotic. Timetabling, faculty allocation, list of students, room allocation—everything in most colleges is done manually. This is time-consuming, stressful and prone to errors. But our system of smart exam management makes it easy for exam schedulers as they will have access to all these functions from a single platform, online, without any paper and running between different departments. The students register through OTP (making sure that only legitimate students can register), after which they get instant information about their schedule and rooms. The faculty get detailed rostering, the administration gets organized record keeping, while the directors get access to the whole process.
