An Alternative Method of Constructing skew-Hadamard Matrices of Order 2^n

Abstract
In this paper we proposed an alternative method of constructing skew-Hadamard matrices of order 2^n. The doubling construction method can be used to construct an infinite number of skew-Hadamard matrices of order 2^n (n?2).
