Variational Iteration Method for Solving Linear Integral Equations of Second Kind

Abstract

Firstly, the definition of integral equation and its concepts are introduced. Next, the variational iteration method is used for solving linear Fredholm and Volterra integral equations. The method provides rapidly convergent successive approximations of the exact solution. Finally, the variational iteration method is applied to find the solutions of the linear integral equations.
