Abstract

Image is one of the major particles used in digital image processing. Quality of the images is the standard measure of the experiments to expect the most desirable outcome. Different quality assurance techniques are MSE (Mean Squared Error), PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio), SSIM (Structural Similarity Index Method) and FSIM (Feature Similarity Index Method).These methods are used to maintain the quality of images and correct the noise from images with the help of filters. These Techniques are applied depending on the benchmark of structural and feature similarity between the original and obtained images.
