Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of teacher’s mental health and performance. The study conducted at Boalan Elementary School, Division of Zamboanga City. The respondents of this study are the sixty teachers which includes the Master Teachers, Teacher I and Teacher 3. The study employed descriptive-correlational design. The findings revealed that the level of teacher’s mental health in terms of Job satisfaction; Resilience and Work-life balance was agreed and teacher's performance was very satisfactory. Relationship between the teacher's extent of mental health and performance reflected in the Individual Performance Commitment Record Form (IPCRF) was significant. The study recommends school heads may provide emotional support to teachers by giving someone space to talk, and listening to how they are feeling.
