This study investigates the pivotal role of communication in mitigating workplace stress within the construction industry, a sector historically characterized by high-stress environments and significant occupational hazards. Through a comprehensive examination of various communication strategies and mechanisms, this research demonstrates how effective communication practices can substantially enhance mental well-being among construction workers. The study reveals that organizations implementing robust communication frameworks experience a marked reduction in workplace stress levels, leading to improved employee health outcomes and organizational performance. Our findings indicate that structured communication channels, including regular meetings, open dialogue platforms, and transparent information sharing, significantly contribute to stress management and psychological safety in construction environments. This research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing empirical evidence supporting the direct correlation between communication effectiveness and stress reduction in high-risk industries, offering valuable insights for both industry practitioners and policymakers seeking to enhance workplace mental health and operational efficiency.
