Abstract

Interpersonal conflicts represent a significant challenge in professional environments, impacting organizational productivity, employee well-being, and overall workplace dynamics. This research examines the psychological mechanisms underlying workplace conflicts, exploring comprehensive strategies for identification, assessment, and resolution. Through an integrated approach drawing from organizational psychology, communication theory, and conflict resolution research, the study investigates the complex nature of interpersonal tensions in professional settings. The research synthesizes existing theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and practical interventions to provide a nuanced understanding of conflict management. By analyzing the psychological, social, and organizational factors that contribute to workplace conflicts, this paper offers insights into effective strategies for mitigating interpersonal tensions and promoting constructive workplace interactions.
