Abstract
Positive environment in their work place, motivate employees to work efficiently and effectively. Environment in workplace is important for every organization, it helps to achieve organizational objective. Happiness management is a concept which is required to create satisfactory situation in the organization, so that employees can work with positivity. It has been observed that, major reason for the employees to leave their job is because they are not happy with the environment of the workplace. And for this, the concept of happiness management is important to understand. Happiness management describes the methods to create positive environment in workplace. Through this concept, organization can utilize manpower effectively.
