The current competitive real estate market drives more potential buyers to show interest in properties that have undergone renovation. The decision to buy a renovated property requires more than visual appeal because it depends on psychological elements. The article investigates the complex psychological processes which influence homebuyers during their evaluation of renovated properties. The study analyzes how perceived value and renovation quality and emotional attachment and trust interact with marketing strategies and cultural norms to determine buyer preferences. Real estate professionals and property renovators can gain essential knowledge about buyer needs and preferences through this analysis to create effective property presentations.
